Kids will enjoy all the benefits of yoga in a fun and playful way. Basic yoga poses and breathing techniques are taught using cooperative games, songs, partner work, imagination, stories and relaxation. Yoga increases strength, flexibility, balance, focus, self-confidence, and creativity in a light-hearted and safe environment. Yoga is a non-cooperative way for kids to build self-esteem.
